By purchasing or using FIDE PROCESSUI™, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Educational Purposes Only

FIDE PROCESSUI™ provides trading education, structure, accountability systems, journaling frameworks, community access, and coaching. Nothing we provide is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade. Trading futures (ES/NQ) and options (SPY/QQQ) involves substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and results.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee profits, consistency, income, or any specific performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

90-Day Process Guarantee

If you actively participate for 90 days (follow daily prep, complete journaling, and attend required Zooms) and you still don't feel significantly more disciplined and consistent, email info@fideprocessui.com for a full refund. You keep all materials.

Membership & Billing

Foundation Access is a one-time $147 fee. Monthly memberships (Daily Prep & Elite) renew automatically until canceled. Access is revoked if payments fail.

Community Rules

You agree not to share content, leak materials, harass members, or promote competitors. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials belong to FIDE PROCESSUI™. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them.

Limitation of Liability

FIDE PROCESSUI™ is not liable for any trading losses or damages. Use at your own risk.
